Duplicate, incomplete or fabricated introductions, or those relating to documented pre-existing relationships, do not necessarily create an entitlement to fees. System records, official correspondence and meeting minutes form the basis for assessing attribution and tracking progress. <\/p>\n\n With respect to opportunities and parties introduced through NoviraHub or an approved broker, the parties undertake not to act with the aim of excluding the introducer, concealing the transaction, transferring the relationship to an affiliated party or avoiding agreed financial obligations. The scope, duration and legal effects of this obligation are defined in the specific contract for each case. <\/p>\n\n NoviraHub\u2019s approach to representation and market development cases is results-based. The fee rate, calculation basis, currency, taxes, entitlement date and payment method are defined only in the contract or assignment sheet for that case. Registration or an initial introduction alone does not create an entitlement to fees or an obligation to pay. No cost may be claimed without prior written agreement. <\/p>\n\n All users and cooperating parties must comply with applicable laws concerning company registration, taxation, customs, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, export controls, sanctions, competition, data protection, intellectual property and product safety. Obligations relating to confidentiality, accrued rights, limited non-circumvention, intellectual property and dispute resolution remain in effect after termination where applicable. <\/p>\n\n Rights in NoviraHub\u2019s trade name, logo, proprietary content, database and structures are reserved. Ownership of documents, images and content supplied by a user remains with that user or the lawful rights holder. Providing them grants only a limited licence to use them for assessing and carrying out the intended cooperation. <\/p>\n\n The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation and official correspondence. The governing law, authoritative language, court or arbitration forum and other binding conditions are defined in the specific contract for each case.
